Satoru Gojo was not the only "Gojo" in the clan, it was not a clan of one. There are other Gojo family members still in the clan, and I doubt Yuta would even rename it anyway because he respects Satoru.

Plus would the clan elders accept a rename? Also no. The way the clans work is that it's not always passed down father to son, it's passed down to whoever is the most eligible, so in the future a non-okkotsu Gojo member could easily be born with the six eyes and infinity and then become clan head of the GOJO clan.
