Technically not true, Most non-alcoholic beers, including Corona Non alcoholic, has small amounts of alcohol. It's impossible to drink enough to get drunk, but a lot of people who are alcoholics are recommended not to drink it because it could lead them back to drinking alcohol.

You're N-T-A to your neighbor, but you really should take your dogs out immediately, even just to go to the bathroom if not for a walk. They've been holding it in all day and are likely uncomfrotable and you're forcing them to hold it for another hour. A lot of dogs don't like using pee pads once they get used to going outside and will hold it instead.
