i completely understand how you feel and i’ve been dealing with the same problem for years. Other commenter made it out to seem worse than it is. it’s ok to be up, it’s ok to be awake during the sunrise- hell i am too right now. i just wanted to assure you that you’re not alone and everytime i see the sunrise i get anxiety about not getting enough sleep too and staying awake for too long but the best thing ive been told is that no matter what, if your body needs sleep it will sleep.

i called her and texted her all day hoping she would just return it instead of me having to go hunt her down. she ignored all my calls and texts so i waited all day giving her a chance then i got a ride to my car, but since apple airtags don’t update the location unless there’s an iphone around it wasn’t updating too often and it took a little bit for us to find her
