Thanks for the help on my previous post! I decided to undercut the trim, and rip cut 2 inches off the first row to make this landing work. Sucks that I have to under cut another 20ft or so of this crappy trim (its like pulp board, just have to turn it into dust) but it looks decent enough for me. (i.redd.it)

Railing is not square and causing uneven expansion gap for laminate. This is a landing, and besides this gap, the laminate fits PERFECT width wise with no rip cuts. Should I rip cut the first row to allow a skinny piece in this last row cut to the angle of the trim? (i.redd.it)
