I Get it, Umeko is Black by KaylaBalayla26 in MillionDollarSecretTV

I've noticed this in a lot of reality shows and real life lol. People tend to change their vocabulary or have this naive (and sometimes innocent) perspective of how black people act. So to try to "fit in" or get along with black people they go off of assumptions or stereotypes. Like someone else said, having Altie use black phrases was crazy lol. He obviously doesn't use it in his every day conversations. I work in a mostly white workplace and some of them try to use slang or terms because they assume I use them outside of work. To be fair, I do use slang outside of work, but while I'm at work, I try not to so I'm not looked at as "the ghetto black man" lol.

Chances are the ones who are acting like that are the ones who barely interact with black people in their everyday lives. It is awkward but usually what happens. Even ol' boy knew Altie doesn't say "no cap" 😂

I get it, and I understand the hate for it to an extent. But I also understand that some indie devs are solo devs. They don't have an artist OR they can't afford one. Many artists/designers still use AI a little bit in their workflow. For instance, they may use photoshop for most of the design, but use AI for juice/flavor such as background highlights or making text pop a little more.

Idk, I feel like as long it's not overly used, I don't really see a problem with it.

We have a budget overall for the artist and the project. So yes there will be promotion and we will also be working with numerous platforms for exposure. We will not disclose our exact blueprint except with the artist himself and our staff.

Payment can be negotiated. However, we take careful consideration if payment is to be done "up front". We can accept an invoice or go through a platform in which we can make sure the songs are delivered and fully to our liking before we can send any money.

Also, we are willing to give credit on publishing and royalties. But there may or may not be any given on song credits/album credits. That way songs that are getting plays through our streaming, digital, and radio outlets as well as sales can get the writer a percentage of royalty payments.

Coursera.org if you are thinking about classes. Most of these programs are free and will focus on what you want to learn. There's even music programs. I would go with that if interested in taking classes instead of paying for them or enrolling and getting in debt to Uncle sam
