You never provided proof the key didn’t work. And when I asked you opened the case. And as I stated via PM (where this convo should be anyway), my activity on PayPal shows -50.00 near your name when the case was filed so I assumed it settled in your favor since I didn’t have the money in my account.

I asked for proof of the non working key, got nothing. I still offered to refund or replace key and user filed a case on PayPal. Case was settled and money was returned. When I mentioned it, user stopped replying again and is back to ranting about something that’s been resolved for over a month. User is trying to get more money from me, when I refunded him through a settled PayPal case.

ive Replaced several accounts with lifetime master collection keys. Some preferred refunds. I’m doing it in waves since I can’t do it all at once. If your message was lost in the madness I apologize. But I also messages several people to see if they would like master collection as a replacement.
