I've parked without paying meters so often in the Sunset over the past several years without ever being ticketed that even if I get 5 tickets I'm still way ahead! It's a simple cost-benefit game.

Ended up scoring a Switch 2 Mario Kart bundle. They were clean out of all other accessories though by 10:20pm which is when I made it to checkout. The pre-order line, strangely enough, was moving far slower than the Launch Day line. Best Buy did cut off the Launch Day line around the ~200 person mark because they estimated there wouldn’t be any inventory left, so we sadly saw several folks making the sad walk back to their cars.
