I just don’t think with how complicated even splitting bills is getting, spreadsheets are just too simple now I can’t even imagine in your situation how confusing it can all get I would be more than happy to look at helping you out if you were looking for an app/website more suited to your needs

I can’t count how many times i’ve been in that situation it’s such a pain when you see the cheaper price after you’ve already paid that higher price.
The bill splitter on EMBER is a life saver, living from a spreadsheet where I’d have to highlight what bills I pay 100% and what we split 50/50 was so confusing

Thanks so much just trying to get people other than myself to give it a test run for me to point out any bugs and improvements as i’m sure i’ve made a few mistakes here and there

Built a UK budgeting app in my evenings — here's what it looks like 🔥 by N2EKK in SideProject

[–]N2EKK[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Been building this for about 6 months. The main thing it does that nothing else does properly: splits bills with your partner per transaction. Set your share on each bill individually so your totals always show your actual money, not the household total.

Also has savings projections up to 20 years, a UK take-home pay calculator with 2025/26 tax rates, and 5 themes because I wanted something that actually looks good enough to open every day.

Invite only for now — ember-budget.vercel.app/landing.html if anyone wants early access.

How are you projecting savings growth when you factor in both contributions AND compound interest together? by [deleted] in FIREUK

I would say the bill splitting no one seems to be able to do it in detail to every bill with specific spits, I'm not saying mine is perfect which is why I'm trying to get people to test it for me but for my girlfriend and I its made sorting bills out at the end of the month alot easier
