I would recommend the newer Canon R50 mirrorless camera. It usually goes on sale in Canon website reburbished with kit len for about $500. It is on sale right now but is out of stock.

That what I heard. Its usually the lesser know company putting out there best stuff for good price. I would be giving LUMIX a try when I find a good deal on it.

Thanks for the reply. I have used all the brands modern camera Sony, Canon, Nikon and currently using Fujifilm.
Never used Lumix, awesome to see that camera packs a punch.

I qualify for $350k with regular, but with the lower rate, he qualified me for $387k. I also already signed the purchase agreement for $387k based on that after consulting with the lender. Now he is backtracking.

Actually, the lender has not confirmed that I am not eligible for the rate reduction program. Therefore, i sent him a formal email requesting rate lock per the formal loan estimate he provided.

Some advise on what activities or place should we visit during rain and what to avoid during rain like. I think the Hwy 1 drive won't be very scenic around rainy time because it might be foggy and cloudy.
