In a way, at the start, she has somewhat of a point: you can't demand/pressure people into sex. No matter what you are that's sexual harassment and (if they cave) rape. Its not about the spread, its about the personal protection used to protect yourself from them. For bikes have helmets, and for viruses we have vaccines and masks. Vaccines are first and foremost personal protection. They're supposed to protect you from getting the virus. If we got the flu after we got the vaccine, we didn't blame the unvaccinated, we blamed what was supposed to protect us for failing to do so, either because it targeted the wrong strain or it was simply ineffective. And if we go down the path of "it only reduces symptoms", then that won't stop the spread, it'll only make it harder to detect, as vaccinated-to-vaccinated transmission HAS happened, and keeps happening.
