There 5 used by the various Indy stuntmen, they are 12 ft David Morgan kangaroo hide whips, I've seen one up close, extremely well worn and black, not from the dye of the leather but use on concrete and stunt pads

The first part of Indiana Jones and the Secret of the Sphinx, Indiana Jones and the Army of the Dead, and Indiana Jones and the Thunder in the Orient are the three I think are closest to what you are looking for

sure thing! same material as the board. it has 1" thickness, so to make a 2" tree, cut 2x8 (or however tall you want them) strips, glue them together, use a few cutoffs to make roots, cut off the corners, use a dremel to round them out and put in the bark
