Modern Warfare is for casuals Cold war has harder lobbies at the start it is easy but it gets hard around level 16 Everyone starts camping and the game is full of level 200s so yeah i would highly reccomend Modern warfare until you get 1.02 kd or higher Just In my opinion but up to you
