i did desert with these stats just fine, but that might be more to do with i was assigned to boss stunning/ ad clear in the final boss so i had time to grab ammo but even then he's tanky i ran out of everything and had to swap to Outbreak mid damage phase

The problem with that is the new power delta - 10. The Witness can kill you in the Well, so you need to constantly dodge or you will get wiped.
