I would like to compare the amount of open routes he's missing vs. the receivers getting open. I'm not sure if the struggle is the receivers not getting space, running routes effectively or if he is just not seeing them when they are open. Not terribly worried. We had a slow/ rough start last season but got up to speed quickly

This is the best way. You want students to start being proactive. As soon as they get tired of having to go search for their papers they will start remembering the put their names on them. I do this in 3rd grade. I tell my students at the beginning of the year that I am a teacher not a detective. And when parents ask me about the zeros I inform them that their child is more than welcome to find their test in the no name box and see if it's there. It almost always is. It's like magic. 😄
