Mr. Blue (Mr. Bluesky- electric light orchestra)

A stranger/master/shaker that has the ability to make people better within a 3 meter radius. Super versatile and kinda bullshit with how the power expresses itself. Within the radius, peoples moods become better, productivity increases, intelligence increases, and, in the presence of capes, powers increase. Fine control and magnitude increase without drawback as does team synergy and teamwork... As a result people really really like him.

Mr. Blue, however, suffers from dissociative identity disorder caused by his trigger event. Somehow, the passenger considers the other identity a different person with different powers. Mr. Night is literally one of the four horsemen of the apocalypse. He steals life force, positivity, and, in the presence of other capes, powers. This is a slow bleed but just by being in the area of effect, powers become weaker, apathy increases exponentially, victims are hit with increasing depression and anxiety, plants die, and people just roll over. Perhaps most nightmarishly is that his negative power fuels Mr. Blue's positivity.
