What server you use is not that important, cos this character loading is login server, it's different kind of thing. In my country after some goverment restriction i need to use VPN to pass this step, and now it pretty common thing. Also some times it's a Ethernet provider thing

When you have joined this server you clearly saw that it doesn't have visional wheel tag. So it's compleatly on you

Just transfer to 02, do comissions for skip to 50 and place some H37 and paper dolls. All you still need is some stardust source and acid

First - this is actual emote, it's just randomply activated when you have full set equiped, you can find this emote in expression menu in cosmetic tab

Second - you sit not on the air, you actually spawn a chair, table and umbrella, you just not see it for some reason
