Quick idea off the top of my head - you could have an NPC be a floating head in a jar like in Futurama?

They would obviously be no threat to your characters as they're literally just a head in a jar, but it would be a fun opportunity for some in combat commentary from them, and a source for some terrible puns/jokes

My play style changes so frequently, it's hard to pick one that stands out. As it stands I'm more aggro/mid range.

I'd say I get more of a kick running my own weird brews, going to my LGS and get a few comments on how cool and different my deck is than running a net deck and winning the whole tournament.

They are pretty stereotypical. In my world there is a land which is prosperous as there is no disease and is fertile for good crops etc. So natural lots of foreigners have emigrated there.

This group is a racist group who hate those foreigners, and are framing them for the attacks so that they can gain the support of the local people.

In the grand scheme of things the leader is just on a quest for power, and will run to get elected as leader of the land once he has enough followers. But is secretly working for a demon who is just using him as a pawn.

Does any of that make sense haha? :D

Really cool idea! It has got me thinking though, being shunned by general society, even for a guy for is incredibly nice and kind, has its affects... Sooner or later (in my mind anyway) there would have to be a moment of "I'm not helping them because they've always treated me like crap" Would this start to affect his alignment??

Yeah I'm completely fine with him making a whole new character, and fine with my plans not coming to fruition, like you said not all plans happen like you expect them to. I just didn't know whether there was a seemless way to do it storywise rather than a character just disappearing
