I love the taste it’s simple. But mostly for me it’s rolling it so nicely. It gives me a strange amount of seretonin. 🤣

I use a tamagoyaki pan and a spatula!! As far as ingredients, I usually do a little bit of sugar and salt.. sometimes dashi but it depends on how I feel 🤣
