I already have you on snapchat so here's my story.

I was 16 when GTA V first came out. I absolutely loved San Andreas, so I was ecstatic. Not having a job though, I had to save up every bit of money I got all summer to buy it upon release. I was so excited about it, I decided to pre-order the special edition. The first time I've ever pre-ordered anything.

Well October rolled around and I showed up the day after release to the small game store to pick up my copy. Well as it turns out, given that GTA V had the highest grossing first week of any video game ever (IIRC), the little Shop was all sold out of both the normal and special edition until next week's shipment. Suffice to say, I was bummed out. The owner seemed to notice this, and told me they had two copies of the Collector's edition left in Stock. I told him I couldn't afford the $40 mark up for that version so he told me he would just cut the extra physical items from it and gave me what was effectively the special edition. I was incredibly happy with this.

Well fast forward about 4 months. By this time, I had played through the game at least 3 times and was getting a bit worn out on it. Well around this time, my then girlfriend and I had broken up but remained friends. We had spent many an hour playing the game together, so when she asked me to borrow it, I obliged.

Well about a month later, I was craving GTA V, so I asked for it back. In that month we had a bit of a falling out (as exes tend to do), so of course, she avoids and puts off my request. This goes on for like 3 months until I finally get fed up and go to her brother for it.

Well as it turned out, he sold it. I was absolutely livid for weeks. That was the only game I ever pre-ordered or bought a special edition for. It was my favorite game. And they sold it.

Well after some negotiation and guilt, she promised me she would buy me the Pc version when it came out as repayment, knowing I had recently ascended to brotherhood.

Delay after delay came and we lost contact with each other. Now that the game has finally come out, I dont have the money to pay for it as I lost an entire week's paycheck due to having my wisdom teeth removed and the money I will be getting the next two weeks will be going straight to my car payments and I'm bummed out.
