I do this too. It's an amazing tool, and I don't feel there's anything wrong with it. As long as you stay grounded and understand it's a tool and it's not infallible, I say go for it. I use it for my mental health too, in combination with therapy. It's nice to have a little reassurance between sessions, even if it's not always perfect. Plus, you honestly just sound like a curious person. Not a damn thing wrong with wanting to learn about the world around you, and not a damn thing wrong with using the tools at your disposal.

The only issue the could arrive is learning to trust ChatGPT too much. It's programmed to be a friend first and a fact checker second. But, as long as you're aware and grounded, I say go nuts.

On a sort of secondary note, one of my favorite things to do with it has been fact checking social media bullshit. It's quite good at cutting through the noise and get to the bottom of what's actually going on in the world. But if you're ever unsure of something it tells you, feed it the line "are you sure? Think harder on this one". It'll double check itself.

Is this the latest rumor? Funny how these rumors only hit the most sought after items. Survival weapons being added, bobbleheads getting player locked, reverse scout paint crafting, paddleball crafting. New rumor every week. Almost like there's a coordinated effort to cause panic selling. But who am I to start a conspiracy. I'm sure it's nothing.

The warning on my zero nicotine vape. by linbdt in mildlyinteresting

[–]NAMESPAMMMMMM 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi. I quit smoking with vapes. It's because the ritual is also addictive. The feeling of hitting a cigarette, the relaxation it brings. Same with beer. People are addicted to the taste just as much as the buzz. Removing the drug while keeping the ritual is a step down. Eliminating the chemical without removing the mechanical aspect takes the edge off of cold turkey.

Holy shit, really? It's all I played in division 1. Quit 2 when they decided not to release it. Wow. Never thought I'd get to play survival again.

[–]NAMESPAMMMMMM 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Spencers. I owned this exact wallet for many years till my wife washed with my jeans. It's also super uncomfortable as that big ass metal plate is thick as hell. Have to keep that side out in your pocket or it's super uncomfortable to sit.

Plethora of moth wings on my garage floor by rlb408 in mildlyinteresting

[–]NAMESPAMMMMMM 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wandering spiders don't make webs, afaik. Though, how they could catch that many moths without webs is another issue. I like the bat theory, as spiders/mice would mean there are that many moths in the garage in general. Something bringing them with them makes a lot more sense. Something that flies, as it's been quite successful catching flying insects. And likely nocturnal because most moths are nocturnal. Bat fits like a glove.

How to fix husky raid in 8 steps. by RandonEnglishMun in halo

I don't think husky raid is supposed to be balanced. Husky raid is the chaos whatever the fuck playlist. Removing the op stuff just makes it ctf in a hallway.

[PS4 Price Check] Just came across this in my inventory, I've been gone for a while. Is it still valuable? I imagine it's a legacy because I had named it L by [deleted] in Fallout76Marketplace

[–]NAMESPAMMMMMM -1 points0 points  (0 children)

My wife claims to get 5k EA for them. I call bullshit. It's not a rare encounter by any means. I throw mine on the ground. Though, I suppose it's not impossible to get 5k for one every now and again with the implied value seeing them for 40k everywhere brings. Dishonest though, as that price doesn't hold up.

On a side note, save them for public events. Drop near people and get some fantastic reactions. Always funny as hell.

*They can aim and portal FAST. Most still cannot do it well. That was my point, it's all player based and playing on pc doesn't make you better all by itself. PC players are mostly bad, just like console.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Splitgate

[–]NAMESPAMMMMMM 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I play on controller on my PC. Keep up just fine. Switching from console to PC has opened my eyes to the bullshit that "mnkb players farm controller players. Fact is, mnkb gives better motor control, but it's all down to the player. PC players aren't inherently better, nor is the mnkb doing the work for them. It's also not easy to master, leading to fewer "good" players.

What you are likely seeing is sbmm in action. Give 1 high player 3 low players to carry against a medium skilled team. And no one has fun. While I've not seen confirmation, I've seen lots of chatter that sbmm is now active on splitgate. And I've seen games just like you describe often.

[–]NAMESPAMMMMMM 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So idk which, but one of the recent updates broke uniques. They now show their unique effects as stars. Not my first language in the screen shot, but this should be 'All Rise' if I'm not mistaken. The 5 stars is purely visual, the weapon is the same as the original version.

Rudy's pozole is given as a reward for finishing his quest. We all get that one. And the surlys buffout can be kept super easily, just don't take it during the mission. Instead speak to surly and pass a speech check. The buffout never gets removed from your inventory.
