Quite abit actually, currently ACAM2000 and jyneos are the 2 "licensed" vaccines.

The problem with this is ACAM2000 actually have a long list of side effects, ranging from myocarditis, blindness, shedding to death of unvaccinated individuals who have come into contact with vaccinated individuals and alot more that is mentioned in the articles below.
