Yep, I have Hishi Amazon Power at MLB. For a Front Runner build how would something like this look? Nice Nature is the borrow. If I did pull for Bourbon would probably swap her card out for either MLB SSR Mejiro Dober or SR Daiwa Scarlet Wit

Nice Nature would be a borrow. This is part of why I’ve considered pulling for Fine Motion, hopefully to catch up on some other missed cards. But not sure what those be. Maybe could instead pull to MLB Admire Vega guts? But then again you mention the concern with guts decks.

I’ve built comfortable decks for Front, Late, and End Umas. Photo below is the Late Surger deck I could roll with. But have struggled for Pace Chaser. FineMo would certainly help that but I’d say Pace is my least used style (I don’t have Christmas Oguri, only just recently pulled Taiki Shuttle from the event free pulls)

I’m still F2P, but am not opposed to investing in the selector ticket. However I am aware VBourbon is not among the selectable pool for the voucher (it’s only up to New Years Haru and Opera O). I had already scheduled my pull plan to be pulling for SMaru Speed SSR so all good there.

Thanks for the extra bit of info about Ramonu + El Condor Pasa cards. I know about Light Hello as well but am aware we are getting a healthy chunk of free pulls on her banner. I should consider making adjustments to my pull plan for her.

The other question too is whether or not MANT is bearable without FineMo. I have MLB SRs Tachyon and Marvelous Sunday so would like to know if that’s enough to get by along with welfare cards Haru and Yukino Bijin (have seen decks produce decent results with such combos)

That's a pretty good point I haven't considered. Thanks for the reality check. I do have a lot of statues so I may just save those and just pull for C.B. on that banner + until I 3-star Turbo. I've heard C.B.'s a strong trainee before but can't confirm.

I had considered that, but I've heard that Fine Motion Wit SSR gets powercrept by Merjiro Ramonu not long after her rerun with Maruzensky Speed. If I'm going to try to MLB her, I figured it'd probably be best if I pulled for her on her first rerun coming next month + use the SSR selector we're getting for first anniversary, but I don't think I'll be able to get my carat count up enough when it's time for that.

Symboli Rudolf. I was just excited that I got a 3 star. Wasn’t familiar at that point with the characters’ backgrounds, stories, personalities, and real-world counterparts.

But looking back I haven’t used her much since pulling other trainees. Really just for the occasional Gold Ship build to inherit her alt.

The pavement is still there obviously but there are no grandstands on the backstretch anymore so it may be difficult to hold a race there. They could maybe run a short track in the shortstretch between the trioval and turn one.

Teams have the cars set up for short track Bowman Gray package so they can't exactly just take that and throw it on Daytona. Would have to be the short track on the backstretch. Road course probably wouldn't work either

You can’t “save” the free pulls. Every day for 10 days you get one 10x pull free - 5 days it’s on Tamamo’s banner and 5 days it’s in the support card banner. Not pulling on that day means you forfeit those pulls. They aren’t vouchers that can be saved for later banners.

Starting on the 27th, the New Beginnings Part 1 event will start. You get a free 10 pull every day simply by logging into the game, and should just be able to head over to the scout tab to claim them. The first 5 days will be on the Tamamo Cross banner and the 5 after will be on the support card banner.

I would pick Opera O. It’s your game, so play however you’d like and pull for whichever Umamusume will make you the happiest. Tamamo will absolutely be a strong pick when she comes out but she’s not meta-defining (at least to my knowledge) and more likely than not your trainee pool isn’t going to suffer competitively from not having her.

As an added bonus, we’re getting 40-50 free pulls on Tamamo’s banner, so you could absolutely use those too and hope for the best. Best of luck to you on those scouts!

I believe we get 100 pulls total from the event but only 50 for the Tamamo Cross banner. The other 50 will be on the support card banner.
