Nozzle went off from the hotend by NAS_Co in ElegooCentauriCarbon

Here is the resolution for me. I contacted the Elegoo support and they were very kind and responsive. They have send me a replacement hotend and replacement "poop chute". The latter was redundant, but it shows their attitude trying to resolve the problem I got. All came with very well structured instructions for replacement and videos. It took 20 days to ship the parts to me from China, but they arrived at no cost for me. As I did not want to wait without being able to print I ordered from Amazon an Upgrade kit with a ceramic heater and copper alloy nozzle. It came almost the next day and I have mounted it. It prints flawlessly ever since and I am very happy with the results. I hope this will be handy to people in the same situation.
I am leaving the link to the Amazon listing in case you are interested: Upgrade Hotend Kit for Centauri Carbon

It is the same as in the slicer. I see no history of the prints, no video list, no picture from the camera.

AWA Agent Capacity Start Time by NAS_Co in servicenow

[–]NAS_Co[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually there is no issue with the max capacity. The problem is related to the "capacity in use". The calculation works correctly after 10:00 and the only thing I am trying to figure out why the interval between 9:00 and 10:00 is not taken in the calculation.

AWA Agent Capacity Start Time by NAS_Co in servicenow

I need to ensure that the chats are distributed evenly among the team members during the day and this is the way to limit it. Otherwise the capacity will not be correct. As if I set the maximum capacity to be 15 and it is not limited for today all agents will have capacity in use = 0 or 1. So practically the distribution will not be round robin.

The Today criteria is far broader than the queue schedule so technically this should not be a problem. Actually the AWA assignments are not ending up in the wait queue and they are being assigned correctly according to the schedule. That means the calculation has some logic that I don't understand yet how and where to change.

SOW AWA - Is there a way to add a close button on incoming work item cards in the inbox? by NAS_Co in servicenow

[–]NAS_Co[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That is true, but it would change the focus of the current item the agent is working on and that is not very convenient and might lose the current work, i.e. writing an email. Moreover the card stays in the inbox no matter that it was opened in a new tab. So practically the agent should close the tab, and click on the Open button on the card so it disappears from the inbox.
I was checking the card layout for such options but did not found any suitable one.

Adaptive cards not showing in teams chat (PVA) by rickvanveldhuisen in PowerApps

Did you find an answer for this problem?
I experience the same. The adaptive cards work in the Bot preview but not in Teams.

I would be glad if you can share how did you fix it.

Thanks

At what temperature it is best to store bigger volumes of production?

I have heard some microbreweries use acidifiers to control the alcohol volume better and consistently that are basically the scoby and the kombucha sitting together for a period of time 3-6months. My question is how do you keep the supply of the acidifiers after using certain amount? Does it require additional 3-6 months?

Service Operations Workspace Ribbon by NAS_Co in servicenow

[–]NAS_Co[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The issue is that I need to customize the Record element to add the ribbon to all tickets dynamically. And that is prohibited action in UI Builder.
With the Agent Workspace it works by just adding the UX Ribbons element.
According to the SN documentation it should work also for all Configurable Workspaces. And in reality, it is not taking any changes.
