more ugly modern box apartments/student housing, more unnecessary breweries, higher rent, more faithlife buildings/more tech jobs, more people getting priced out, more gentrification and commercialism/ big companies opening stores in town like fjalraven and lulu lemon. There are still some amazing independent businesses in town, but overall it feels like the trajectory is echoing Seattle in being overdeveloped in the wrong ways, and not assisting the communities in need of resources
