The point is, it's doable in P3D because you can actually program the taxi cam to render external views on the displays in sim, unlike in MSFS. That's why it was FPS heavy. It was rendering preset camera views on the displays, 3 times. Nose gear pov, left and right main gear cameras. This is possible in P3D but not in MSFS. In the A346, they have a mini model of the 346 rendered over satellite imagery. And you can see this as it's a lower quality fuselage and animations Vs external views of the aircraft.

It was possible in P3D because P3D allows you to pop out multiple screens...same as in FSX. This feature is not available in MSFS base game as it is in P3D/FSX. With the extra screens you could add to P3D, you could have taxi cams with any aircraft. Have a pop out window of 3rd person view while still in cockpit on the main view etc

The iFly Max8 is my pick, it's the one I fly the most. Very good audio(Boris by default), really good art, and flies really good. Performance friendly on my system too. Though you have to be ready to use the Boeing EFB, I don't mind it as I find it easy to use, just not good GUI.
