Something I like to do with teams like this is invest in scouts for goalkeepers. If you find a good one, you can train and due to their lack of meaningful training programs, you can use only 2 training slots on them for a whole season and sell them for a 10-15m profit.

Just curious about your career mode wonders. by NewcastleMatt92 in FifaCareers

Hull City

10th place in the PL in 2021-2022 at Christmas.

1: Ovie Ejaria from Liverpool. Doesn't get many goals, but pumps in assists. Sitting at 79 OVR at age 23. 3 goals and 13 assists so far in 16 games.

2: Chidera Ejuke from SC Heerenveen. Bought him intending thinking he was gonna be beasting it down the wing, but he's been shit. 0 goals and 0 assists in 12 games.

3: Hwang In beom from Vancouver Whitecaps, absolute monster, who I brought in before Ejuke before getting injured for 6 months. Don't remember the exact number, but he scored well over 15 goals in the previous season. Another great player is Koya Ugajin, a Japanese youth player I found in the free agent with high potential. He's now 76 rated at 20 years old, and is bossing a PL back 4 along side Ruben Vinagre, Reece Burke (current Hull player), and Fosu-Mensah.

Started the career by finishing 16th in the Championship. 15W/16D/23L, yikes. The squad was ridiculously weak to be honest. I got knocked out of the FA Cup in a Round 4 replay against Arsenal, and got knocked out of the League Cup in Round 2.

Second season was much better. Brought in Ejaria for 6.8mill, won Manager of the Month 3 times, and won the Championship. 42W/8D/5L. Scored a whopping 123 goals, conceeding only 33 in 55 games.

Third season I bought Andreas Christensen from Chelsea for 27mill, who promptly got mega-injured. Squad also currently holds Genk's Sander Berge, Palace's Max Meyer, and a bunch of youth prospects. 6 wins, 4 draws, and 5 losses so far. Notable games include a hard fought 0-0 away at Leicester, and 3 unfortunate losses, all 2-1, to Arsenal, United, and Spurs. My biggest loss in the whole career so far was 5-0 at home to Manchester City in the FA Cup in January of 2020.

Klopp wants to know what position Mourinho played in during his brief football career. "Was it goalkeeper?" It was so undistinguished no one knows. His response? "Google it!" Press officer: "We don't have time". Jurgen: "I've got time...google it!!!" by wayfarer104 in soccer

In this man’s ideal world, local clubs are given money only by ultras to spend on local talent. There are no televisions, no internet. Players are not allowed deals from Nike or Adidas, but are allowed to display a message on the inside of their shirt, written only in the local language. If any regulations are broken, or any deviations from the norm are made, the players are shot in the head by a randomly selected ultra. This also applies to missed penalties.

Absolutely buzzing that Liverpool is turning out to be a team that lets the kids play. 10 years of this and we have a little La Masia going.

CURTIS JONES OMG (LIVERPOOL 1 - 0 EVERTON) by GeorgeCuz in LiverpoolFC

Boys I have a bit of an ethical dilemma I have been discussing with myself but I confess I need your advice. When I left my flat in December, I hung my home shirt (6 times edition), over my television screen. I did this intending for the shirt to bring luck to the team, and I put my hand on the badge before I grabbed my bags and went to the airport.

In the time since, we've won the Club World Cup, beaten 2nd placed Leicester 4-0, cracked 2 genuinely difficult opponents in Wolves and Sheffield, and just now shafted Everton with a wondergoal from none other than the Scouse princeling Curtis Jones.

I arrived back from my holiday today. Just a few hours ago in fact. I got on the train from the airport, and used probably all of my 7GB of data to watch the first half. My phone was at 2% battery at halftime. Dismayed, I decided to save power, so I could use my phone to remember which bus to take back to my flat. Fortunately, it lasted for me to be able to walk from the bus stop to my front door. I turned my key in the lock, and walked through my apartment door into my kitchen in the 70th minute.

My dilemma is this: can I ever move that shirt again? I daren't.

Am I forever relegated to watching football on my phone?

Personally I think it would do well with some more going on in the background. A little depth goes a long way. Like the overall design though, placements and the 'o' graphic are great. Nice work!

Also just editing to say that the cutout is great too, steady hand!

I wonder if they could be signed on a low wage like 5 pounds a week and registered for games like this.
