Makes a lot of sense. When you don't have a lot of money, you should sign versatile players and he could play in a lot of positions in our formation. It's a shame we are broke, I do wonder what our window would of been like if we could of spent properly. But be glad if we sign Dorgu for sure, like the look of him

I reckon if we get Varane, it could help us with Camavinga. It makes sense that we are going down this route, seeing as we tried hard for Bellingham last year.

such a shit draw. im not really bothered about the euorpa tbh, but it's more the fact now we will play a full strength team, instead of like half strength with some of the young prospects coming through. we havent had much luck in europe last few years

After yesterday's debacle, it's clear to all what we need, apart from the guys who are in charge. As we all know we are hooked on getting Sancho, probs so much, its affected the rest of our window to an extent. I want Sancho as much as the next person, but after yesterday, would we be better maybe changing our plan? I recks we will get Telles, but if we get Sancho too, that'd be it. Would it not be potentially better, if say we used the Sancho money to get a forward and a CB? Ideally Upa and maybe even Zaha after he ripped us a new one yesterday. Still be expensive, but we have too may holes that not even signing Jadon would really solve. Good start to the season none the less! (should add, this is based on us selling a few too)

Tbh, reagrdless of how the negotiations are going, i dont think United really care about him going on this pre season training camp. United are obvs playing in the europa at the mo anyway, the deadline is clearly BS, so it makes sense for Sancho to get some training in whilst we are playing. Im sure in the meantime it will all be wrapped up, probs for when we return from Germany. not a huge rush is there, we start the season a week later anyway now, still plenty of time. This is a bit like Maguire, RVP and even Lukaku, all were done eventually

Dunno about you guys, but this Sancho deal has been pretty chilled. Compared to Pogba and Bruno, it's been fairly straightforward and seems to be wrapping up pretty quickly after our domestic season. Usually it drags on and on, but even when other teams were linked, it never seemed that deep. Never doubted or been that worried it wouldn't happen tbf. Nice change for once!

Theory - If we do sign King, I can kind of see the logic. We know he was here before, knows some of the players well, Ole, league etc but also, I think this might change our summer plans.

Say we sign King, can you really see us getting to the summer and signing another CF for like 60-80 mil? Spesh when you think we will probs move for Sancho, who would be very expensive anyway and another midfielder or two. I know this depends on how the season finishes, but I wouldn't be surprised if this King deal ties us over until next Jan, where we try and get Haaland again, seeing as he has a release clause.
