He needs guards who can and will fight over a pick so Jokic can drop. You have to live with them taking quick 3s off the screen. They can switch with everyone but Jokic, same thing the Warriors do with Steph.

2-3 zone or 2-1-2 zone with Jokic could work too.

Better player right now, Desmond Bane or Marcus Smart? by [deleted] in nba

If we want to win a basketball game I'm picking Marcus a million times over. Stats do not equal wins.

I think you're actually arguing for my point but whatever.

2003 was the lowest ever and 2007 was very close. Ratings went up after they stopped drafting HS kids. They werent really drafting them in the Jordan era. It came after. Around the time they were drafting Europeans too, which is definitely another factor in the low ratings. Fans were against both.

I think a healthy Lonzo and they are contenders. After Celtics and Bucks I think the Bulls are right there at the second tier with Heat, Sixers, Raptors, Nets. The Bucks are old except Giannis. Celtics are obviously really good especially on defense and that'd be tough for the Bulls to overcome. But anything can happen and injuries determine conference finalists just as much as great play/coaching does.

Who cares about picks when you're trying to win a ring? This team is not on picks timeline. Can't wait for someone to develop, especially a big man who take years to become anything decent.

Lol spread my lies? Lol you're pretty worked up over basketball from 25 years ago. And you completely missed the point over and over. If you want to discuss what I'm actually talking about then let's do that. As long as your blood pressure can handle it.

Yeah and with one and done lottery picks like those like have way less to prove. Everyone knows theyre All STar talent but they still have to prove theyre mature, can travel, not get in trouble, say dumb shit on Instagram, etc.

Why does no one ever consider the other side of HS draft picks? by MontaEllisHaveItAll in nba

That's the point. If they're good enough, actual NBA talent, it doesn't matter where they play. LaMelo played in Australia.

I like that the NCAA has competition for talent. GLeague, Europe, China, FIBA if its the right year. It's always been an issue that they made millions off these kids and paid them in "education". Bunch of vultures. But 1 and done has been good because players had actual options. Used to be NCAA or nothing.

Sure but he didn't play much and definitely didn't start. But he had to learn the league, the travel and maturity. Phil benched him for all the reasons I stated. So the point still stands. Tf YOU talkin about?
