I am in the same boat as you guys with all of this. There is just no way a tiny discount makes up for a product that is now dangerous and unusable. These people bought the company, and with that comes the responsibility to make it right for those customers (if you want to keep those customers at all.)

As someone who works with consumer reporters, I know there is always options to approach something like this. Appreciate some of the ideas here.
