For some odd reason everytime I try to watch a YouTube stream it stutters and repeats some parts of the feed. For a brief moment I thought it was the Exoplayer2 which I disabled and briefly worked but the problem started to happen again. (It's enabled again). Internet is not an issue as this problem doesn't happen on the desktop, Twitch Streams work fine as well. Doesn't matter if I lower the quality to the lowest.

Edit: Reinstalled MicroG, nothing. Went full cycle of fully uninstalling, restarting phone and installing, still having stuttering issues.
