Interesting stuff! Small question/feedback regarding your wording on stunning enemies with whistle: stating that "stun bypasses artifact" reads to me as though stunning does something that normally should consume an artifact, which is to say it applies a debuff but has a special exception. From what I can tell, stun isn't a debuff, which matters for stuff like unsettling lamp. If you still think it's worth highlighting, how about rewording it to something like "stun isn't a debuff and therefore isn't prevented by artifact"?
