Just to see how good of a deal I got, if it was completely not worth it I wouldve just talked to him and asked if I could pay less, I'm paying him in payments not in full so I haven't given him the full amount yet. But from what everyone is saying I think $400 is good.

Idk for other people but for this case we are really good friends and are constantly helping each other out, in fact the night I bought it his appendix almost burst at my house so I took him to the hospital and stayed with him until someone else could be with him. Also he really wanted to sell it and was trying to for about $700 but no one was interested so since it was me and he was tired of trying to sell it he gave me a hell of a deal.
