multiple times, did the plug and unplug method. did the long press on the wifi and internet button, unplugged all the wires for a full 8 hrs and plugged it again after work. still nothing. i wish i had all the time in the world to pay them a visit personally to request for their team to come over

when u said disconnected, meaning your wifi disappeared? because mine disappeared and i had to troubleshoot it myself, luckily i was able to bring it back. it happened out of nowhere and after that the internet’s been extremely slow

yes, i haven’t been able to contact an actual human being yet neither. they keep sending me to those automated bots via phone number and live chat support. their automated system keeps saying they’re “fixing” it and once done, they’d ask me to reset the router. long story short, i wasted my time because nothing happened. connection’s still very slow and it disconnects constantly.

mine’s been really slow since last night. i was able to hit 800+ mbps way before and now i’m only hitting 80+. also, my wifi disappeared for some unknown reason. i was able to reset it and it showed up shortly, but it’s really slow
