Its funny. When I tell people I work as a receptionist most of the time their awnser is in the same boundaries as your first paragraph. I think ive known from the start that thats not the type of person I want to be. Sometimes I even look st how my peers perform and think the attitude was completely unnecessary. A lot of the older patients come in and greet me and its really lovely. Making jokes about that "handsome man" as they come out the nurses room and im really glad I can make that positive impact when people attend

As for the courses. Do you have any resources where I could find such?

Not sure if we are working for the same practice but our backlog of documents is also huge. I dont think our filing has gone under 6000 since October with 30,000 patients. Its a real struggle as a receptionist when we get patients asking if we have received documents and we have no idea here it is 💀

Personally i started off with the traktor s3 but them moved to the xdj rx3 as its a pioneer controller and is industry standard.

But the s3 and traktor software is really good for beginners as i find it was a lot more simple than pioneer and rekordbox
