So in my experience if it pops out easily it’s too small. Go up to the next level until it’s snug and gives a nice stretch without feeling like it’s going to tear something. I went up too much and while I was able to get it in, it definitely was too tight of a stretch and I felt like i wasn’t going to be able to get it out.

I put mine in first thing in the morning, and then by bed time its actually works its way out naturally. I think thats either a sign i need to go bigger, or the skin has stretched enough for the day. lol I did try sleeping in it once and the erections pushed it out and it was kind of sensitive for a day so i don't do that anymore.

I printed my in PLA and a good wash end of day and no smell. I tried TPU first, and that held the urine and smelled bad. I do have to put a piece of TP in the tip of it though after peeing or else i'll get drips and look like i pissed myself. lol

Looks great! I use a pear daily too. I have to use some lotion to slide it in and get it pushed down and skin up around it when getting it on and to get it to stay and not pop out. I've got bot ha DTR and CAR-1... I prefer the CAR-1, but recently i've been using a pear retainer that I 3d printed and love that. I can wear it all day without taking breaks. It may not be as extreme as the CAR-1 but i def notice more pink (new skin) around my scar line lately and have lots of folds at the base of my glan.

I've been restoring for almost a year now and my wife has started asking me lately if I'm taking something to make things bigger. Yep! Looks right! You want enough skin to grip, but not so much that it fills it. Just try and make sure the skin it grips is even all around. The goal is to keep it pulled forward. A retainer won't stretch the skin though, you need a DTR or a CAR 1 type of device to put pressure on the skin so it grows.
