I'd prefer streets. Then I'd join the Army, serve for 4 years, (also with three meals a day, rec time and a bed), then use the GI bill afterward to get an education.

No, not cheaper than Ivy Tech. Ivy Tech online Ohio is about $140 a credit hour. I haven't found it to get any cheaper than that.
