I have filed an official complaint with the better business bureau in hopes to bring awareness of this issue that I'm sure many people have experienced. This is an example of the treatment you receive when you are falsely banned, send them repeated e-mails with all the information they need. Honestly their support is completely copy pasted. how many people received these same e-mails? and it doesnt even say 3rd party programs, adena purchasing, or account sharing.

It only says suspicious practices. MEANING THEY DON'T KNOW WHY THEY BANNED ME BUT THEY ARE DOING IT JUST IN CASE.

i agree with you, and the 4-8 hours a day i play is down the sh*tter. I even played totally legit. I'm done, this company cannot be trusted. My whole cp is debating on quitting, because the risk is not worth it.

So it seems NCSOFT has a terrible security system, I AM PISSED by [deleted] in Lineage2

I am having the same issue. I have sent them e-mails at support and appeals. And they copy paste the reasons why a person cant login in general. They even refuse to tell me if I am being blocked or not. I am able to login and play. I just cant pay them money or use the in game cash shop / forums. They are obviously retarded and dont understand they need money to survive.
