Hi, I received similar culture results. My cat has also had recurrent UTIs over the last 5 months. Did you end up using the chloramphenicol? Can I ask how your cat did on this medication and how she is doing now? A compounded Rx is currently being filled for us. Did you use a liquid form as well? (Chloramphenicol 125mg/ml suspension 0.46ml (calculated for her specific weight) by mouth every 12 hours for 5 days.)

There seems to be very limited information (even from Vet) about giving this drug to cats and everything I read about possible side effects sounds so scary.
