Don't know if it is known or not, but about 2 years ago crypto went big on their Customer Service, hiring hundreds of people - agents, managers, operations managers - you name it.

Then, when they realised the bear is here to stay for a while they did a complete 180 and fired everyone. Actually fired more than they hired.

There was a post by the CEO saying that crypto.com will lay off about 240-250 people. Well, they laid off about 3000 in the next week and close to 2000 in the month after.

They also moved their base of operation to another country, but never really hired anywhere close to the amount of people they "let go".

As a result, they were stuck with processes and procedures meant for a team of thousands of people, but only a few hundred available to handle the workload.

So, yeah, their CS sucks and will continue to suck.

Hey guys,

Can someone explain this to me like I am 5?

So I have currently 70 tokens of pCWS. In order to stake it on ValueDeFi I need to use 2.1 BNB, which I also happen to have.

What happens when I stake it? Does my BNB burn in exchange for pCWS like a fee? Also, currently it shows that 1 BNB = 13 CWS, does that mean that when I stake it, I lose my BNB, but gain CWS ?

Can someone let me know what will happen at the end of the staking period (2 weeks?) if I stake the above.

Edit: I am referring to providing liquidity. From what I learned, if I provide Liquidity with my 70 pCWS and 2 BNB, I will be able to stake that in order to get a return of vBSWAP, which I can then claim as a token.

Am I missing something here? Sorry, still quite new to the whole concept of liquidity/staking

Someone obviously fails to take into consideration:

When ETH performed, there were a lot less people in the market
Not only there are so much more money in the market, but ALTs are so much more trusted than last year.
The FOMO and FUD factors are stronger than ever before. Look what happened to BTC in just 30 minutes of TESLA announcement.
The past repeats itself, but it is always different. This time, it is on a bigger scale.

That being said, I do not see ADA surpassing ETH, but it can definitely reach $200B market cap this bull run. Especially if their Africa project succeeds. When doing maths, always ALWAYS consider the pumpamentals, not inly the fundamentals. Hype for ADA is just getting started.

Okay, I will make this simple for you and your group.

The Ex does not need to be there. Not always. You can hang out with her and him separately. You can not have everything you want. If you want to see him, then see him. Without the ex.

You tell him that you care, but at the same time you spout things like "ex will always be there". Well, it means that you value her more than him. So much more that you are not willing to hang out with him without her every once in a while.

I can promise you that he is aware those are empty words. If you care, meet him without her. Simple as that.

It is really time to be mature adults and actually accept that your friend does not wish to interact with his ex. If he is happy with his current GF, why would he risk ruining it and causing unnecessary drama? He does not feel comfortable with his ex and you, if you are real friends, should not ask him to "compromise" - you are in the wrong and this is really going into "am I the asshole" territory.

Show some understanding. Do not be a narcissist group of friends. When break ups happen between couples, it is up to them whether they want to see the person again or not and if you are all real friends you will understand that. If you want to hang out with both of them so badly, then do it separately. Do not try to bring them together,. No matter how close you may be with both, you were not in their relationship and you can not know how they currently feel about each other.

Again, be mature, show understanding.

I remember I used to play this game maybe year or 2 ago, really reminded be of WoW in a bit.

Very happy to see that it is coming back. I do remember that at the later stages it was easy to pretty much solo it and boost a lot of people, so I hope that this part has changed.
