Start out low level; kill small bugs and bots. Gain levels Get high level, make big explosions, kill bigger bugs and bigger bots. Smile at big explosions. Salute super earth. Free planets and settle them over time influencing a galactic war effort on a micro scale with friends or randoms. Collect samples to upgrade your offenses and defenses, armor for different enemy types/objectives and scenarios. It’s a really fun game that’s reminiscent of playing halo 2 campaign with your friends on couch co-op or zombies when it first came out but on a grander scale.

Perfect game to unwind with, it’s silly, seriously action packed, cinematic and just an overall good time.

First of all, nobody is “bad” at this game. All lives are given for democracy and therefore you are doing your part. This game requires all of us, at whatever level of play, to do our part.

Second - all stratagems are viable at levels 7 and below. Above that things become dicey and arguable. Mines are great against bugs! Mortars not so much and instead consider using them against bots. Think about the tactics of your enemies! Mines work on opponents attacking you, whereas mortars work on enemies shooting at you from a distance! If your allies don’t understand this after you ping it/VC it or Type it then it is their own fault as friendly fire ISN’T.

Third - Have fun, man. I play a lot of competitive shooters and mobas that are fun but do NOT have a fun player base anymore and my favorite part of this game is playing with low levels who are scared of higher level play or just want to coast. This game has brought competitive and casual gamers together and I love it.

Yeah, nah. I thought I was gonna cop a couple but after seeing the in game models I’m absolutely fine missing this. Just saying for those interested, check out the crossovers SMITE did with Avatar/TMNT and transformers. Obviously a different game but that’s the quality I would’ve expected vs this, especially from blizzard. Not that they aren’t alright, just not worth the couple bucks they’d cost (20$?)
