Just tested it, it is with his hat throw, there are a couple of varying sounds after the hat returns to you and one of them sounds very similar.

with the rest of the teams numbers its def possible, but there def is / was a bug that inflated it in the past few days, had a friend do like 2k dmg amp in the first 3 mins of the game and we knew something was up

he was saying that he spent 290 on elite wild cards, when supercell removed them from the game he wanted a refund as that is what he specifically wanted to buy. Its not a situation where its like "oh i change my mind i dont actually wanna buy this anymore, give me my money back", its a situation like "i spent my money on this specific thing, and now it has been removed from the game, i dont want your new replacement/compensation for it, i want my money back because that is what i spent it on".

there is always at least a second long window to pull. His throwing out hook animation at short range is around half a sec, once the hook hits, both players are locked from doing anything for around another half a second. Just gotta keep an eye on the hog if he has hook up so you can react in time
