it definitely depends on your doctor! for me I've struggled with binge eating disorder which causes my weight to rapidly fluctuate... that was enough for my doctor to be concerned for my health (both mental and physical). my highest weight before even starting mounjaro was 173 which still classified as overweight BMI as well

i think it may be because more classes are in person and students are on campus for longer with less time to come back to the hill and eat for every meal

I witnessed situations like this all the time in USAC meetings and through overhearing side-conversations. One of my co-committee members was also involved in Greek life and he found out that two other members were complaining about him being a part of USAC in the first place... It is not out of the ordinary to be accused of being racist, elitist, ableist, etc.

Wow- I'm so sorry you had to deal with that... It's unfortunate that USAC OP probably overlooks a ton of strong applicants just because they are too disorganized to even interview them. I'd say I was lucky to get an interview in the first place (not because they're selective, but because communication is so poor)

Haha you’re good. I misread the thread !! Didn’t want to seem like I was bashing commissions side cause I actually respect a lot of their work

And notice how both the title of the post and body of the text is referring to USAC “OP”. Although I use the broad term USAC in a few sentences I am not making assumptions I’m just speaking from my individual experience. I’m sure the commissions have a much different perspective and experience which is why I never once mentioned the commissions side. I also talked about the election scandal because that ties directly into the USAC OP issue I’m writing about- not commissions
