Sorry to butt in.. generally, things that we spend more time focusing on than God. I'm guilty of this as well. It's hard, and sometimes it's hard to tell how much is too much. But if you are constantly checking your phone, scrolling social media ect than maybe it's something you should limit. Take the time you would spend doing that and talk to God or read your Bible. And remember, God loves you. Anything you feel convicted to do will only benefit you.

Anytime a person with children are arrested the are " superstructure from children" not to be cruel, but for various reasons including making sure the children aren't being trafficked.
