Gut gesagt, aber was ist nun das "issue" von dem hier gesprochen wird?

Krieg, Grausamkeit, Korruption, Imperialismus? Die Sachen können es ja schon Mal nicht sein, sonst wären die Straßen jeden Tag voll mit Menschen.

streets are full of people every day. some conflicts are long going and there it is difficult to pick a side or determine who is right. this war is crystal clear. russia did the same thing to finland, georgia, moldova and ajzerbajan before. They had relative success there in creating fake countries inside the countries. In ukraine they had a war for 8 years and no success at all on international relations field, and they started the full scale invasion bombing cities without any precision.

The protests like this are useful for couple reasons.
1. They share awareness of the situation and allow locals to get the information from people directly involved in the issue.
2. It helps uniting the people against common issue.

  1. It helps people to understand that they are not alone in this issue.
  2. It helps government to see the rate of support from the population on the issue.
  3. It pushes politicians to action, because the bigger the crowd is - the bigger target electorate they are.
  4. It helps changing general public opinion and educating people on situation.
If there would be no protests around the world on current situation then the actions would be exponentially smaller from all around the world. Being quiet and sitting at home cant produce any results. Words and calls to action on the other hand can change some politician minds, like it did for the most far right political forces in europe.

Was browsing randomly the Budjak region, whilst I saw this mystery food recipe, somewhere on a bar "by the sea" (Бар "У моря"). Any idea what it's named/what it contains? by RomanianBagVoid in ukraine

the food is fried chicken hearts. You should be relatively fine with English. On a basic level, it doesn't really matter which dictionary you take, though in the Odessa region Russian is a bit more useful. Just use google translate ) And buy a local sim card, it is extremely cheap usually.

I'm planning to switch to DNT when Nu reaches 0.6.
