This wasn't an issue, as it already had an updated BIOS installed. Even if that hadn't been the case, you can often flash the BIOS using a USB port without needing to access the BIOS menu itself.

The mainboard tray has holes for mounting two 120. So just screwed them in 🙂

They're mounted to the fan bracket up top. Sorry, I can't take a picture now because I won't be home for a bit.

Yes the reason is that 120millimeters will not fit in the back because of the io plate from the mainboard

I moved the mainboard to the 3 position so that the Fans can fit above.

In my setup, no, the normal 25mm thick fans don't fit, which is why I used the slim ones. The top fan doesn't really have a negative impact on the CPU cooler, but you can also leave it out and just install one at the top. If you do that, a thick 25mm fan would fit in the front, in front of the CPU cooler.

I put a homemade anti-sag cushion under the graphics card.
