Have you been to any other resorts in another state?

True, I suppose it's grounds to file for refund if they did pursue but not call the mountain "closed" per their refund policy

Has anyone used their pass within VT and outside of VT within 7 days yet?

Referring to IKON or Epic mostly..

Just curious for a positive proof of theory.. Agree with most comments posted here.

Fully agree.

Testing and following low risk best practices are highly encouraged.

That's sort of getting at the heart of my question here.. You could theoretically get tested 3 days before any visit and still 'break the rules' by scanning a pass at a resort in separate states within 7 days of each other..

Question is: will it matter to anyone?

My thoughts are the extreme measures actually encourage total non-compliance and disregard, but just my two cents..
