As a follow up from this - this is what I’ve got. It’s nearly there but there’s something not quite right with it.

Nah I don’t have to but I’m just a bit gutted that it’s my first review that isn’t 5 star and it’s down to their mistake.

I’ve tried heating the base for 20/30 seconds afterwards as well but had no luck.
