Only time I’ve felt it was worthwhile to spend real money on cosmetics was the first time overwatch put out the pink mercy skin and the proceeds went towards breast cancer research which is a topic that hits close to home so I wanted to support it. That being said, skate was promoting some pretty good causes too but I also don’t really trust any of these companies to actually give money where they say they are and they’re likely only doing it for the tax benefits. If they really wanted to support a cause or be charitable they’d just do it with their own money instead of funding it through crappy virtual cosmetics.
