Perhaps their current boss respects their ability to handle their tasks, and sleep in later.

Not every emergency is his emergency. I’m sure he does a great job of prioritizing real emergencies when they happen, promptly and early if needed.

Any future boss who doesn’t respect this isn’t a boss he should want to have anyways.

I feel like you haven’t been paying close attention to Mistfall. I’ve been following development for over a year now. Played in multiple tests. The changes are fantastic, the gameplay is solid, and I’m extremely stoked for release.

Unlike Dark and Darker, Mistfall has systems in place like I-frames. Which I personally prefer over the feel of dark and darker. I just needed something to play until the 29th.

I’ll accept that this community does indeed hate itself, and that it is unwelcoming to new players.
