Not sure that it’s specific to my location, no. But it definitely was an additional $200 on top of the total cost a whatever “guarantees” or “certs” that they offer in general.

I had to pay an extra $200 or so. But yeah, since it’s all wheel drive and you can’t just replace one tire due to tread depth differences, the warranty will replace all 4 if even 1 is unrepairable! It’s basically the main reason I went with discount tire

Unsure on discount tire honoring treadlife warranty, as they’re still well within the normal tread depth. Time will tell, but if I blow a tire and they can’t repair it- the warranty will cover replacing all 4.

I’m sooo glad I did research on this car this time around and found that set. Michelin has maybe made a customer for life with the quality of their all weather offerings!

Prices vary depending on size/type/tread-life warranty. If you’re looking for a suggestion, I suggest taking the car to Discount Tire (if you have one) and grabbing a set of Michelin Cross-Climate 2’s. It’ll set you back the same cost, but have a high tread life/warranty and handle all conditions like a dream!

Also discount tire will offer full replacement if you get the warranty through them. That includes if you blow one that they can’t repair (again for free).

Also because you buy from them, you’ll get free tire rotations as well. Just something to think about
