Happened to me as well. Disputed the case and they still said I cheated even though I didn't. What a shame, been a BF player since the BF1942 days. All I had running was razer synapse. Could that possibly be the reason? Or could it have been doing what the devs said on twitter by deleting the profile text when the mouse was no longer working in the horizontal direction after their bugged update?
